Preparation Method :

  • Mix the coconut scrapings and sugar.
  • Heat the dosa pan. Spread the dosa mix all over the pan. Put in ghee around the dosa. Sprinkle coconut and sugar, mix on the top of the dosa. It should be sprinkled all over the dosa. Keep the fire in simmer. Wait till the dosa done.
  • Do not turn it. Gently roll the dosa, taking the scraping mix. It is ready now.
  • (Coconut dosa must be crispy. So make it in the simmer. It will take quite long time to be get crispy dosa.)


  • 15 tablespoon scraped coconut
  • 10 tablespoon sugar
  • 10 tablespoon ghee
  • Dosa mix to prepare 10 dosas
