VEGETABLE OOTHAPPAM

Preparation Method :

  • Grate carrots.
  • Chop vegetables and coriander leaves finely.
  • Pour a ladle of the dosa batterin a non-stick pan and sprinkle all the ingredients over it.
  • Add oil around it like in dosa and turn side. Allow the side with the vegetables to turn golden brown.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot with combinations as in dosa. 'Idli milagai podi' tastes good, mixed in oil.
  • For a soft good oothappam,keep the batter a little thick. Make sure oothappams are prepared thick.
  • Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams Capsicum
  • 100 grams Carrots
  • 200 grams Onions
  • 200 grams Tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoon Coriander leaves
  • 800 grams Dosa Batter
  • Salt to taste
  • IDHAYAM sesame oil fro frying
