Preparation Method :

  • Mix all the ingredients together and form a thin batter than the dosa batter.
  • Cut the Cauliflower into bite size pieces and wash it cleanly.
  • Heat the kadai with oil.
  • Dip either one of the above vegetable to the batter and deep fry it.
  • Serve hot with coconut chutney.
  • Note: put the cauliflower into hot water before dipping in the batter.


  • 250 grams Bengal gram flour
  • 250 grams maida
  • 250 grams raw rice flour
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • ¼ sodium bi carbonate
  • ¼ teaspoon asafoetida
  • 300 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • 1 Cauliflower
