RIBBON PAKODA

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Sieve the flours together and take it in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add sesame seeds, salt and oil and mix well to make a dough.
  • Divide the dough mixture into 2-3 equal portions.
  • Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying.
  • Use the long slit disc in the murukku maker and fill the dough in it and press the dough directly in to the oil.
  • Fry them over medium-high flame until they turn golden brown in color.
  • Remove from oil and keep it in a kitchen towel to absorb excess oil.

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 grams Rice flour
  • 200 grams Fried gram powder
  • 2 tablespoon white Sesame seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • IDHAYAM MANTRA Penaut Oil, for deep frying
