Preparation Method :

  • Mix the parsley, rosemary, thyme, garlic, black pepper, lemon zest and juice, chilli paste, and 2 tablespoons of oil in a medium bowl.
  • Add the chicken and toss well. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  • Preheat a grill pan or barbecue on high. Thread the chicken onto skewers. Cook on the grill, turning and brushing often with the remaining  oil, until tender and golden, about 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot with lemon wedges.  


  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 4 teaspoons finely chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoon crushed black peppercorns
  • Finely grated zest and freshly squeezed juice of 1 unwaxed lemon
  • 2 teaspoon red chilli paste
  • 6 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut in small cubes
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
