Preparation Method :

  • Clean the fish.
  • Heat a pan, Cook the fish with water.
  • Once cooked, drain the water.
  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together with fish.
  • Make small balls out of the mixture.
  • Heat oil in a pan, deep fry the balls.
  • Serve hot.


  • 250 grams Fish
  • 50 grams Maida
  • 4 onion, chopped                   
  • 2 teaspoon garlic, Grated
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • IDHAYAM sesame oil for frying
