Preparation Method :

  • Wash the mutton mince and drain well.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste and add mutton mince.
  • Add salt, cook well till mince is dried.
  • Add the masala and cook till the raw flavour goes.
  • Keep aside to cool.
  • Boil the potatoes and mash with the above mixture.
  • Make a cutlets out of the mixture, and crumb them.
  • Deep fry it in hot oil and strain well.


  • 350 grams Minced mutton
  • 20 ml IDHAYAM Sesame Oil
  • 25 grams Ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 7 grams Red chilli powder
  • 10 grams Coriander powder
  • 5 grams Garam masala powder
  • 7 grams Roasted cumin powder
  • 3 grams Turmeric powder
  • 150 grams Potatoes
  • 200 grams Bread crumbs
  • 2 Eggs
