Preparation Method :

  • Add the garlic, salt and fresh, chopped coriander leaves to the drained prawns, set aside until required.
  • Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add the prawns to the pan and stir-fry for 10-15 minutes. Stir and toss the prawns gently.
  • Add the sliced bell peppers to the pan and fry for a further 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Transfer the prawns and peppers to a serving dish and serve hot.


  • 500 grams frozen prawns, defrosted, thawed, rinsed and drained  
  • 1 green bell pepper, deseeded and sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, deseeded and sliced
  • ½ bunch fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 4 fresh garlic cloves, crushed
  • 50 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • Salt, to taste
