Preparation Method :

  • Soak the all pulses in the water for 3 hours.
  • Grind the above to a paste.
  • Mix flour and salt in a bowl and add water to make a smooth dough.
  • Heat a pan with oil, add garlic and finely chopped onion. Add paste, salt, cumin seeds and coriander powder and fry in high flame for a minute.
  • Fill the above mixture into dough and seal it properly.
  • Steam the dough in a steamer for 30 minutes.
  • Take it out from the steamer and Serve hot.


  • 400 grams wheat flour
  • 100 grams bengal gram
  • 50 grams masoor pulse
  • 50 grams green gram
  • 50 grams black gram
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 sprigs Spring onion
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
