Preparation Method :
- Wash and clean the Whole Bengal gram and keep it in pressure cooker.
- Mix all the ingredients in Whole Bengal gram with some water and cook it for 15 minutes.
- Place mixture in a plate and keep aside.
- Grind well the above in a smooth paste.
- Add kewda drops, chopped onion, green chilli and green coriander mix well.
- Divide the mixture into 16 equal portions and shape in to flat kebabs.
- Heat pan, add sesame oil then place kebabs and cook for some time.
- Serve hot with mint and coriander chutney, onion rings and lemon wedges.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams Bottle gourd
- 500 grams Whole Bengal gram
- 3 small Cardamom
- 15 Ginger flakes
- 1 small piece Garlic
- 4 Red chillies
- 2 Large Cardamoms
- 200 grams Soya granules
- 1 mace
- 1" stick cinnamon
- Salt to taste
- 2 Cloves
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon Black pepper
- 7 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
- 2 Onions, chopped
- 4 green chilli, chopped
- 3 tablespoon Chopped green coriander
- Few drops of Kewda
