Preparation Method :

  • Chop all vegetables into 3" long shapes.
  • Beat yoghurt into lassi Grate coconut.
  • Soak rice for 15 minutes in water and grind finely with chillies and coconut.
  • Pressure-cook vegetables in salt water for a whistle.
  • Add yoghurt and the ground paste and stir over medium fire until it thickens.
  • Add a little water if required. Remove from fire, and add coconut oil and curry leaves.
  • Serve hot.


  • 1 kg ash Gourd
  • 15 pieces drumstick
  • 250 grams of brinjal
  • 250 grams of carrot
  • 150 grams of yam
  • 250grams of Raw banana
  • 150 grams of curry leaves
  • 300 ml of Yoghurt
  • 5 tablespoons coconut oil
  • Salt to taste


  • 500 grams of coconut
  • 4 tablespoons Rice
  • 10 Green chilllies
