Preparation Method :

  • Grind thechopped tomato, onion, garlic, green chilli,sweet corn to make coarse paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add okra and saute it well.
  • Add the paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala and mix well.
  • Once the gravy done, garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot.


  • 250 grams okra
  • 100 grams sweet corn
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • ΒΌ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 4 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Few coriander leaves
