SABZI CURRY

Preparation Method :

  • Grease a non-stick frying-pan with cooking spray and stir-fry the beans and mushrooms for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Add the curry sauce, cover and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in the spinach for a minute to wilt into the curry and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams vegetable curry sauce
  • 100 grams French beans, trimmed and halved
  • 100 grams mushrooms, sliced
  • Low-fat cooking spray
  • 100 grams baby spinach
