SHAHI MALAI GOBI

Preparation Method :

  • Deep fry cauliflower pieces into Sesame oil till it turn golden.
  • Grind tomato, cashew nuts, almonds, raisins, muskmelon seeds and raisins into a paste form saute it with a spoon of oil.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add fried cauliflower, Grounded paste, cream and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle garam masala and Garnish with coriander leaves.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cauliflower, cut into pieces
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 Tablespoon Cream
  • 2 Teaspoon Cashew nut pieces
  • 2 Teaspoon muskmelon seeds
  • 12 Pieces of soaked and peeled Almonds
  • 12 Pieces of Raisins
  • Few chopped fresh Coriander leaves
  • Salt and Red Chilli Powder to taste
  • ½ Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • Sesame Oil for frying
