Preparation Method :

  • Melt butter on low flame in a heavy pan. Add flour and stir for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add coriander and chilli paste and then add in milk stirring continuously for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the cabbage, cook for a few minutes and add cheese. Adjust seasoning.
  • Transfer to a serving dish, greased with a little butter.
  • Arrange tomato slices and sprinkle bread crumbs.
  • Bake until colour changes to golden on top.


  • ½ of a small cabbage - shredded into thin strips 
  • 75 grams chopped coriander 
  • 1 green chilli 
  • 50 grams maida 
  • 60 grams butter
  • 400 ml milk 
  • 1 ¾ tablespoon cheese - grated
  • 1 tomato - sliced 
  • 3 tablespoon dry bread crumbs
