Preparation Method :

  • Slice the kohlrabi, radishes and carrot horizontally into paper-thin circles. Place in a shallow serving bowl.
  • Whisk the citrus juices with the salt, pepper and oils Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss well. Leave to stand for 1 hour at room temperature.
  • Add the chives and walnuts just before serving.


  • 5 small kohlrabi, peeled
  • 6 large radishes
  • 2 large carrot
  • 4 teaspoon orange juice
  • 4 teaspoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 5 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon walnut oil
  • 2 tablespoon snipped chives
  • 50 grams shelled walnuts, chopped coarsely
