Preparation Method :

  • Heat oil in a pan and add all the vegetables with salt, pepper and aji-no-moto.
  • Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Add it to the vegetables.
  • Stir fry low flame for 5 minutes or until almost dry. Serve hot, sprinkled with chilli powder.


  • 1 small cabbage - shredded into thin strips
  • 1 carrot - shredded into thin strips
  • 2 green chillies - shredded into thin strips
  • 1 capsicum - shredded into thin strips 
  • 50 ml Cooking oil
  • ½ teaspoon aji-no-moto 
  • ½ teaspoon pepper 
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli powder


  • 1 tablespoon cornflour with ½ cup water 
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 2 tablespoon tomato sauce 
  • 1½ tablespoon vinegar
