Preparation Method :

  • Cut the mushroom and boil for 10 minutes. After it is boiled wash it with cold water and soak.
  • Heat the Cooking oil in the pan and then fry onion till it turns into golden brown.
  • Add green chillies,potatoes, pea, mushroom and salt.
  • Cover the pan and allow it to cook for 15 minutes. After it is being cooked, add the tomatoes and fry for a minute.
  • When the vegetables are properly toasted, add ginger.
  • Add three  cups of water along with the cheese and allow it to start boil.
  • Put off the flame and serve with butter as a topping.
  • Serve hot with basmati rice.


  • 100 grams mushroom
  • 3 teaspoon Cooking oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 5 Green chillies, chopped
  • 1 inch  ginger,grated
  • 1 Tomato, chopped
  • 2 Potatoes cut into round slices
  • 1 cup pea, boiled
  • 3 tablespoon cheese, grated  
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
