Preparation Method :

  • Cook the vegetables together until soft.
  • Drain and leave in a sieve for about 5-7 minutes to remove excess moisture.
  • Mash the vegetables and add ginger, garlic, chilli, salt and tomato puree. With fresh coriander. Now mix in the cashew-nuts.
  • Make it into small balls and flatten each in the palm of your hand.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry gently over a medium heat, turn once.
  • Place on a kitchen paper to remove excess oil.


  • 500 grams potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 125 grams onion, peeled and diced
  • 50 grams peas
  • 100 grams cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • ½ teaspoon diced and crushed ginger root
  • ½ teaspoon crushed garlic 
  • ½ teaspoon chilli powder 
  • 1 teaspoon tomato puree 
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
  • 50 grams finely crushed cashew-nuts,
  • Sesame Oil for shallow frying
