SHAHI POTATO AND CAPSICUM

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat a pan, pour oil, add onion and fry till it turns light brown.
  • Add Potato, capsicum and cook till it becomes soften.
  • Add tomato, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt with little water and saute for 5 minutes.
  • Add peanuts, cream and mix well.
  • Cook for 2 minutes and remove from flame.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with chapatti or paratha.

  • 2 Onions 
  • 2 Green Capsicums diced 
  • 1 Potato Diced 
  • 1 Tomato Diced 
  • 2 tablespoons Peanuts, crushed 
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil 
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder 
  • 2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder 
  • 2 teaspoon Coriander Powder 
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Cream
