Preparation Method :

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and garam masala.
  • Add peas and mashed potatoes. Mix well and fry for 3 minutes.
  • Add salt and sprinkle coriander leaves. Keep it aside.
  • Add oil in a pan. Put onion and fry well. Add chopped tomatoes and fry till it becomes soft. Add tomato ketchup and mix well.
  • Add diced capsicums. Add cottage cheese cubes. Mix well. Sprinkle salt and pepper powder. Keep it aside.
  • Put butter in a pan. Add white flour. Mix for 1 minute. Add Milk and mix well to avoid lumps.
  • Add salt and pepper. Once, sauce is settled add cheese slice. Mix it again. Keep it aside. (Make sure that sauce is in liquid form)
  • Now, its time to arrange all the layers. Take a baking dish. Spread the layer of potato first. Put diced pineapples upon it.
  • Arrange the layer of cottage cheese and capsicum over it.
  • Pour the white sauce over the layers.
  • Grill it in the microwave for 10 minutes.
  • Garnish it well with capsicum rings.                            
  • Serve hot.


  • 3 boiled & mashed potatoes
  • 50 grams Pea
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala

  • 250 grams cottage cheese
  • Capsicum - Diced each one of Red, Green and Yellow
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 fresh chopped tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 teaspoon Flour/maida
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 teaspoon Butter
  • 50 grams Cheese
  • Pepper powder
  • Salt
  • Diced pineapple cubes
