MAST HEALTHY SOYA

Preparation Time :

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Boil soya chunks and vegetables with pinch of salt in a pressure cooker.
  • Slightly squeeze the chunks. Dont throw the water (use it for gravy).
  • In a pan, heat sesame oil, add onions and paneer and fry till turns golden brown.
  • Pour the tomato garlic paste in pan and cook till it is thick.
  • Add soya chunks, vegetables, corn and toss well.
  • Blend well by adding tomato sauce, salt, chilli flakes, oregano, soya sauce and pour it in pan.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams soya chunks
  • 100 grams corn (maize), capsicum, carrot and other vegetables
  • 2 onions sliced
  • 20 grams paneer diced into small cubes
  • 100 grams paste of 2 tomatoes, garlic, 1 green chilly
  • 2 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
  • Tomato sauce, soya sauce, chilli flakes, oregano, salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves to garnish
