Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a pan. Add the spring onions ginger and garlic, and saute for 2 minutes. Add the celery and green chillies and saute for 30 seconds.
  • Stir in the tofu, salt and crushed peppercorns and saute until the tofu gets some brown flecks.
  • Add the spring onion greens and saute for 1 minute.
  • Add the lemon juice, toss and serve. 


  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 spring onions, chopped
  • 5cm piece root ginger, chopped
  • 8 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 5cm stalk celery, chopped
  • 4 green chillies, sliced
  • 300 grams tofu, cut into 2cm cubes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 10 black peppercorns, crushed
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
