Preparation Method :

  • Remove the stems of mushroom, half boil and keep it aside.
  • Half boil the sprouts & corn.
  • For the marinade, mix the curd, corn flour, ghee, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, dhania powder, pepper powder & salt.
  • Marinate the potato, sprouts, corn and carrot in the marinade for at least 2 hours.
  • Make small balls and fill the hole of the mushrooms with the balls and microwave in high for 3-5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve.


  • 250 grams large size Mushroom
  • 50 grams corn
  • 50 grams mixed sprouts
  • 50 grams carrot, grated
  • 50 grams potato, boiled and mashed
  • 5 teaspoon curd
  • 2 teaspoons Corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon ghee
  • 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoons Ginger - garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Dhania powder
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
