Preparation Method :

  • Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and Fry it till turns brown.
  • Add ginger paste, green chilli, chilli powder, turmeric powder.
  • Add paneer to the masala and fry it.
  • Add salt and chopped and Coriander leaves
  • Then cut the top of tomatoes and scoop out the pulp properly. Stuff the tomatoes with prepared paneer Masala and cover with the top of the tomato.
  • Heat oil in a flat pan and add a pinch of hing. Place the tomatoes carefully, cover & cook on medium heat for 3minutes.


  • 5 Tomatoes
  • 200 grams Grated Paneer
  • 1 medium sized finely chopped Onion 
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon Green chilli, finely sliced
  • ½ teaspoon Curry powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Garam masala
  • Coriander leaves
  • A pinch Hing
  • 2 tablespoonsIDHAYAM sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
