COCONUT ICE CREAM

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
5 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the condensed milk with Nestle Coconut Milk Powder and milk in a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the coconut milk powder has completely dissolved.
  • Pour the mixture into a freezer proof container and allow it to cool.
  • Whip the double cream until stiff and fold into the coconut mixture. Freeze for about an hour or until the mixture starts to freeze.
  • Remove from the freezer and beat it well to break up any ice crystals. Return to the freezer until it sets completely.
  • Serve with toasted coconut shavings and lime wedges.

INGREDIENTS

  • 120 grams Nestle Coconut Milk Powder
  • 250 ml double cream
  • 400 grams Condensed Milk
  • 150 ml milk
  • Toasted coconut shavings and lime wedges, to serve
