Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oven to 220° C/425° F/gas 7. Wash and gut the fish.
  • Arrange them in a shallow oiled oven dish and pour most of the olive oil over them.
  • Sprinkle with finely chopped garlic and the seasoning.
  • Mix the parsley with the breadcrumbs and moisten it with the remaining olive oil.
  • Distribute the mixture mat over the fish and bake it for 12-15 minutes. Serve hot.


  • 1 kg fresh anchovies (Remove their heads, tails and backbones.)
  • 160 ml Cooking oil
  • 3 garlic cloves,( finely chopped)
  • 2 sprigs of parsley, chopped
  • 50 grams soft breadcrumbs
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
