Preparation Method :

  • Heat up the Oil in a pan and add the Onion, the Garlic and the Celery, and sauté everything gently for 5 minutes.
  • Now add the Baby leaves, the Tomatoes, the Sugar, the Wine and the Oregano.
  • Season it all with Salt and Pepper and Mix well.
  • Then bring it all to a gentle simmer.
  • Now add the Swordfish Steaks and cook them for 5 minutes, then turn them over and cook on the other side for 5 more minutes.
  • The dish is ready. Good to cook and wholesome to eat. 


  • 4 Tablespoons of Cooking oil
  • 2 Chopped Red Onion
  • 2 Crushed Garlic Clove
  • 4 Chopped Celery Sticks
  • 4 Baby Leaves
  • 8 Peeled and chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 Teaspoon of Sugar
  • 500 ml of White Wine
  • 4 Tablespoons of chopped Oregano
  • 800 Grams of Swordfish Steaks
  • Salt and pepper to taste
