Preparation Method :

  • Once you properly washed the Sea Bass Fillets, dry them lightly with a paper towel.
  • Now lightly oil a baking sheet. Place the Sea Bass Fillets on the baking sheet and drizzle with more Olive Oil.
  • Season the Fillets generously with the Salt and the Pepper and cook the Fish under a preheated, very hot broiler for 7 minutes.
  • That's it; serve with Lemon halves, braised Fava Beans and Lentils.


  • 2 Kg Sea Bass Fillet

  • 4 Halved Lemons
  • Braised Fava Beans and Lentils
  • Salt and pepper to taste
