Preparation Method :
- Mix all the ingredients (except chicken and lemon juice) in a bowl to prepare the marinade.
- Place the chicken in the marinade and coat it well.
- Allow it to marinate for 2 hours. Remove the chicken from marinade and keep the marinade aside.
- Grill it for 1 hour until golden brown and cooked (turn it occasionally and brush it with remaining marinade).
- Drizzle lemon juice and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 chicken Pieces
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon fresh sage leaves
- 1 teaspoon thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 60 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
- Salt as per taste
- Pepper as per taste
