GRILLED PRAWN

Preparation Method :

  • Sauté onion, garlic and shallot in a pan with 2 tablespoon butter.
  • Prepare the marinade by combining onion, garlic, shallot, rosemary, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  • Add prawn and coat it well.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
  • Preheat the grill and remove the shrimp from the marinade and insert it in a skewer (two per skewer) and place on grill.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes on both the sides until golden brown (turn it once). Repeat the same with remaining marinated prawns.
  • Remove it from the grill, add lemon juice and drizzle the remaining butter and serve it hot.

  • 500 grams prawns (cleaned, peeled and deveined) 2 cloves garlic 
  • 1 shallot (minced)
  • 1 onion (chopped) 
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary 
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar 
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
