PANNA E POLLO

Preparation Method :

  • Cook the pasta with boiling water containing a pinch of salt.
  • Heat oil in a sauce-pan and sauté the onion and garlic.
  • Add the Chicken, red pepper, rosemary leaves and chicken broth to the pan and cook on medium heat for 20 min until chicken is cooked.
  • Reduce the heat and stir in the cream (keep stirring). Add the salt and pepper.
  • Finally add the cooked pasta and mix it well with the rest of the ingredients. Heat it for another 2 minutes.
  • Serve it in the serving bowl and sprinkle the parmesan cheese.

INGREDIENTS

  • 650 grams boneless roasted skinless chicken breasts (cut into small sized pieces)
  • 450 grams penne pasta 
  • 350 ml cream
  • 350 ml chicken broth
  • 1 red pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary leaves (dried)
  • Water for cooking pasta
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
