TAGLIATELLA WITH WALNUT SAUCE

Preparation Method :
- Grind shelled shelled walnuts to a paste in a blender with fresh marjoram or fresh parsley, chopped finely. Blend double cream.
- Work in a little oil to make the sauce like a soft puree and season it with salt and pepper.
- Cook Tagliatella and toss in butter. Spoon the sauce over the pasta.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 sprigs of fresh marjoram or (6-8 sprigs of fresh parsley)
- 100 grams Walnuts
- 125 ml of double cream
- ¼ teaspoon Cooking oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt and Freshly ground black pepper
- 50 grams Unsalted butter
- 500 grams tagliatelle
