Preparation Method :

  • Grind shelled shelled walnuts to a paste in a blender with fresh marjoram or fresh parsley, chopped finely. Blend double cream.
  • Work in a little oil to make the sauce like a soft puree and season it with salt and pepper.
  • Cook Tagliatella and toss in butter. Spoon the sauce over the pasta.


  • 6 sprigs of fresh  marjoram or (6-8 sprigs of fresh parsley)
  • 100 grams Walnuts
  • 125 ml of double cream  
  • ¼ teaspoon Cooking oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt and Freshly ground black pepper
  • 50 grams Unsalted butter
  • 500 grams tagliatelle
