Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the onions and red bell peppers, and cook for 5 minutes or until soft. Add the garlic and mix well.
  • Put the pizza bases onto warmed baking sheets, then spoon and spread the cooked peppers over them.
  • Arrange the anchovies on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, chopped marjoram, and olives, and add the slices of mozzarella.
  • Put the pizzas into a preheated oven, 450ºF, and bake for about 10 minutes.


  • 8 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 4 red onions, sliced
  • 8 red bell peppers, cored, seeded and cut into strips
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 Quick Pizza Base
  • 100 grams can anchovies, drained
  • Marjoram, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon black olives, pitted and chopped
  • 500 grams buffalo mozzarella, sliced
  • Salt and pepper
