ARTICHOKE AND GOAT CHEESE PIZZA

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the pizza bases onto warmed baking sheets.
  • Mix together the onions and artichokes and season well with salt and pepper.
  • Divide the mixture between the bases and spread over evenly.
  • Sprinkle with the olives and top with the goat cheese, oregano, and salt and pepper.
  • Put the pizzas into a preheated oven, 450ºF, and bake for 10-15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Quick Pizza Base 
  • 4 onions, finely sliced
  • 1 kg artichokes in oil
  • 4 tablespoons pitted black olives
  • 200 grams mild goat cheese, cut into thin slices or crumbled
  • Oregano, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
