SPINACH, PARMA HAM AND EGG PIZZA

Preparation Method :

  • Put the pizza bases onto warmed baking sheets. Brush them lightly with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix together the onions, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, Parma ham, and olives, and spread over the bases, making a nest in the middle of each one for the egg.
  • Drizzle the pizzas with the oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Put into a preheated oven, 450ºF, and cook for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and crack the eggs into the nests.
  • Return the pizzas to the oven for 3-5 minutes, then serve immediately. If you like your egg hard, put it onto the vegetable topping when it first goes in the oven.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Quick Pizza Base
  • Cooking oil, for brushing and drizzling
  • 4 onions, finely sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled and sliced
  • 8 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 500 grams spinach, cooked and chopped
  • 15 slices of Parma ham cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoon black olives, pitted and chopped
  • 8 eggs
  • Salt and pepper
