JUMBO SHRIMP WITH GARLIC AND HERBS

Preparation Method :

  • Melt the butter with the oil in a frying pan.
  • Add the jumbo shrimp, shallot, and garlic, and sauté for 5 minutes or until all the shrimp have turned pink.
  • Add the wine, parsley, and marjoram, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix well and serve immediately. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams butter
  • 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 3 peeled raw jumbo shrimp
  • 2 shallot, finely diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 10 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 750 grams chopped Italian parsley
  • 750 grams chopped marjoram
  • Salt and pepper
