CAZZILLI

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mash the potatoes and combine it with garlic and parsley.
  • Season it with salt and pepper and blend it well.
  • Take a table spoon of the above mixture and roll into a round shaped ball.
  • Repeat the same procedure until all until the mixture is made into small balls.
  • Coat the balls with egg and then with breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the balls until golden brown.
  • Drain the excess oil.                                          
  • Serve it hot. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 kg Potatoes (boiled and peeled)
  • 200 grams Breadcrumbs 
  • 2 egg whites (beaten)
  • 2 clove of garlic 
  • 1 sprig of parsley 
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
