BRUSCHETTA CON FUNGHI

Preparation Time :
5 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Roast the bread slices for 10 minutes in the oven.
  • In a pan, heat the butter. Sauté mushroom and garlic for 2-5 minutes.
  • Season with thyme, salt and pepper.
  • Remove the bread from the oven and spread the mushroom mixture on the bread.
  • Sprinkle the olive oil and garnish with chopped parsley.
  • Serve it warm.

INGREDIENTS

  • 350 grams oyster / shiitake / mixed mushrooms (sliced)
  • 4 slices of Italian bread
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 teaspoon thyme (dried) 
  • 1 teaspoon parsley (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
