MELON AND PARMA HAM STARTER

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Cut the melon into two halves and remove the seeds. Then cut each half in 4 pieces, so that you will end up with 8 pieces of fresh cut Melon. Also remove the hard skin.
  • Place 2 pieces of Melon on each plate and place 2 pieces of Parma Ham on top of the Melon.
  • Garnish the plate with the cut Red Basil Leaves.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Ripe Cantaloupe or Charentais Melon
  • 8 Slices of Parma Ham
  • Red Basil Leaves for garnishment
