OPEN CHEESE AND CHILLI TOAST

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Combine onion and green bell pepper with half the quantity of grated cheese.
  • Apply butter on side of the bread. On the other side spread the (onion, pepper,cheese)mixture.
  • Sprinkle the chopped chilli evenly. Top it with grated cheese.
  • Toast it for 4 minutes until the cheese gets melted.
  • Sprinkle oregano and garnish with parsley.
  • Serve it immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 cubes of cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • ½ green bell pepper (diced)
  • 2 green chillies (finely chopped) (according to taste)
  • 4 slices bread
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt , Pepper to taste
