PAPPARDELLE WITH PROSCIUTTO AND BOLETE

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the garlic and the bolete and sauté till the bolete is tender.
  • Cut the prosciutto into strips.
  • Meanwhile, cook the pappardelle in a large saucepan of boiling water.Drain and keep it aside.
  • Add the prosciutto, the cream and the parsley to the bolete and add salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer for a minute.
  • Add the cooked pappardelle to the sauce and mix gently with the help of two spoons.
  • Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Serve hot, immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tablespoons of Cooking oil
  • 2 garlic clove, crushed
  • 350 grams of bolete, sliced
  • 350 grams of prosciutto
  • 350 grams of pappardelle
  • 200 ml of whipped cream
  • Handful of Italian parsley, chopped
  • 100 grams of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
