POTATO WEDGES

Preparation Time :
5 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix all the ingredients (except potatoes).
  • Coat the potatoes wedges evenly with above prepared herb mixture and arrange it on greased baking tray.
  • Bake it in a pre heated oven at 230 degree C for 20-25minutes or until soft.
  • Serve it with tomato ketchup. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams Potatoes (cut into wedge shape)
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Basil
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste (freshly ground)
