SUSHI RICE BOWL WITH EGG AND CHILLI SAUCE

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Cook  sushi rice according to packet instructions. Drain, return to the pan, cover, and set aside. Heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
  • Fry eggs, then set aside. Heat oil in another pan and stir-fry carrot and zucchini. Stir in soy sauce, 1 chopped garlic clove and a pinch of sugar and heat further.
  • Push the vegetables to one side, add the boiled rice and cook for 1 minute more. Divide between 2 bowls. Slide the eggs over and drizzle with Sriracha sauce.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams sushi rice
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Peanut oil
  • 2 chopped carrot
  • 2 chopped zucchini
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 chopped garlic clove
  • A pinch of sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
