JAPANESE SALAD DRESSING

Preparation Method :

  • Place carrots, onions, garlic, vinegar, brown sugar, tomato ketchup, salt, pepper, mustard, oil into a blender, close id and blend until the contents are finely mixed together or until the carrot pieces are thinly cut-up.
  • Pour the mixture into a bottle, close lid and refrigerate or consumption.

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 grams shredded carrots
  • 300 grams shredded onions
  • 50 grams large peeled garlic
  • 300 grams Japanese vinegar
  • 500 grams brown sugar
  • 200 grams tomato ketchup
  • 6 tablespoon ground salt
  • 2 tablespoon ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoon powdered mustard
  • 500 ml Sesame oil
