POTATO KOROKKE

Preparation Method :

  • Sauté the onion and beef with oil in a pan.
  • Combine the mashed potatoes, onion, beef, salt and pepper together.
  • Take a teaspoon of the mixture and roll it into oval shaped ball. Continue this process until all the mixture is used.
  • Dissolve the flour with water to make a paste.
  • Dip the prepared ball with flour-water paste and then in the beaten egg. Dredge it with breadcrumbs.
  • Heat the oil in a wok and fry the coated potato ball until it turns golden brown.
  • Serve it immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams Potato (boiled and mashed)
  • 120 grams Ground beef
  • 50 grams breadcrumb
  • 1 small Onion (minced)
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • 2 tablespoon all -purpose-flour
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 teaspoon Cooking oil
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
