Preparation Method :

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, toss to combine and allow to stand for about 20 - 30 minutes.
  • Line a serving platter with spinach then pile the salad on top.


  • 50 grams fresh mint leaves
  • 100 grams English spinach, leaves shredded
  • 100 grams toasted almonds, chopped
  • 6 oranges, peeled and all white pith removed, sliced crosswise
  • 2 red onions, sliced
  • 2 medium fresh red chillies, chopped
  • ½ bunch fresh coriander
