GARLIC AND CHILLI SALSA

Makes :
250 ml

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place chillies, tomatoes, garlic, coriander, parsley and cumin in a food processor and process to roughly chopped. Stir in lime juice and chill until required.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat leaf parsley  
  • 4 medium fresh green chillies, seeded and chopped
  • 50 grams tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
