ROASTED CHILLI SALSA

Makes :
250 Grams

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place tomatoes, chillies, onion and garlic in a hot dry frying pan and roast until skins are blistered and charred and flesh of vegetables are soft.
  • Place the chopped garlic, tomatoes, chillies and onion in a bowl.
  • Add oregano, cumin and black pepper, toss to combine and thin with water, if needed.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 grams tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 3 jalapeno or hot green chillies , roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and roughly chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 small white onion, peeled and roughly chopped
  • Freshly ground black pepper and Salt, to taste
