Preparation Time :

Preparation Method :

  • Place tomatillos, chillies, onion, garlic, coriander and cumin in a food processor and process until finely chopped. Chill.


  • 500 grams tomatillos, drained and roughly chopped
  • Pinch of ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves  
  • 1 small white onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 3 medium fresh green chillies, seeded and chopped
